Se presentaron los detalles del <strong>Dispositivo de Actualizaci\u00f3n Docente y Pasant\u00edas Profesionales en el Sector Productivo<\/strong>, que propone una formaci\u00f3n estructurada en bloques te\u00f3rico-pr\u00e1cticos, incluyendo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Bloque A:<\/strong> pasant\u00edas profesionales de 64 horas en empresas del sector productivo, como instancia de inducci\u00f3n real a procesos, tecnolog\u00edas y entornos laborales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bloque B:<\/strong> contenidos vinculados a Industria 4.0, como saberes digitales, automatizaci\u00f3n industrial, mecatr\u00f3nica y energ\u00edas renovables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bloque C:<\/strong> sistematizaci\u00f3n de experiencias mediante reflexi\u00f3n pedag\u00f3gica, implementaci\u00f3n tiene como finalidad: fortalecer las capacidades profesionales de los docentes, tender puentes con las necesidades de la producci\u00f3n regional y alinear las pr\u00e1cticas pedag\u00f3gicas con los desaf\u00edos tecnol\u00f3gicos actuales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participaron docentes de distintas especialidades t\u00e9cnicas de la regi\u00f3n VIRCh, quienes intercambiaron experiencias y conocieron en
